Your task is
to read Philo and Berry, More Bad News from Israel (available as a Trent
Library e-book), to explain to your reader how the research was done and the
main findings. What are the implications of this book for television news on
other topics.
The MINIMIUM
reading required is Chapters 6, 7 and 4, along with Appendix 2 and 3 (these
sections of the book are available on Microsoft Teams in Files for Week
4-5).
You are
encouraged to do additional research by watching one or more YouTube videos
listed on the course outline for this topic and reading additional items on Microsoft Teams in Files for Week 4-5. Using
these items in your essay gets you bonus marks.
Your essay should be about 2,000 words (more is
fine).
Any reference
system is fine.
List ALL resources you use at the end of your
essay (including news media, YouTube and Wikipedia).
