Corporate Governance Application Paper – Part 1
Individually students are required to assess the corporate governance of an organization within. Students are to submit a 2-3 page double-spaced paper submission that covers the following:
1. What is the corporate level strategy of the organization? Suggested 3/4 page
2. What is the business level strategy of the organization (if there is more than one business unit, discuss at least one business unit)? Suggested 1/2 to 3/4 page
3. Offer a critical analysis of the strategies given the industry and other competitors that the organization might be competing with. 1/2 page
