What is the Second Amendment and how has it historically been interpreted (pre-1990ish). How have recent Supreme Court decisions enhanced individual’s rights to bear firearms? What are the (legal) arguments for and against the possession and use of firearms? What kinds of restrictions have been made in recent history? Where do you stand on this issue?

i. Meaning what are the most recent cases that was settled in the courts or law that was passed by legislators?
b. How do you believe this issue will be addressed in the future?
i. Use current legal cases/laws and outside evidence and trends
3. Conclusion
a. What is your personal opinion on the issue?
b. Do you see evidence trending in the direction of your opinion?
c. Why do you believe this way? (make sure to back up your opinion with evidence).
