I’m already done with the first 3 chapters of my research paper. My main research question is:How could organizational culture influence a project manager’s decision when resolving a behavioral conflict? And what type of organizational culture is most useful at addressing behavioral issues ? My research methodology includes doing interviews with 10-15 candidates (Mostly project managers). What I need is help preparing 12-14 interview questions to ask candidates related to the topic (1-2 pages). I will upload the research paper, can you read it carefully and prepare relevant interview questions to ask candidates.
