Then write about three key things you learned. I would suggest you make notes on all the speakers and write about the presentations that interested you the most. Each of the three things will be worth 5 marks.
For example if I was writing about yesterday presentations these are some of the areas to build your paper.
* what was the journey career wise and schooling that Thomas and Violet took prior to getting into their new roles
* how does the wine agent work to secure and source wines and how do they work with the LCBO
* what is the role of the sommolier with the guest and some simple rules of wine and food pairing; like terroir, sweet with heat etc.
