We are required to do a literature review for a Capstone project. The project consist of making recommendation for a
specific public housing authority (PHA) in order to improve their emergency operations plan (EOP).
One recommnendation is for the PHA to create a business continuity plan (BCP) as part of their EOP.
In regards to the sources, the literature reveiw should compare:
1. Why a BCP is esstential to a business’ success during an (emegency, natural or man made Disaster)
2. The type of emergencies/disasters that
3. The type of losses incurred due to an (emegency, natural or man made Disaster)
4. Critical elements of the BCP
