Write a “brief” for each of the three attached cases. A brief is a summary of the case, including the facts of the case, the legal issue presented to the court, the court’s decision and the rationale of the decision. Each "brief” should be two pages in length. Make sure you cover the majority decision and their rationale for the decision in detail.
