Write a paper that includes:
a summary of the book (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Stephen R. Covey).
And a summary of an interview you did with a person in a leadership position in Respiratory Therapy (for this paper we chose to interview a manager in the PFT lab in a children’s hospital). The interview will be asking her questions about leadership and management and what principles she uses with her team.
Then discuss whether the interviewee embodied the principles discussed in the book.
