Topics to include in your
paper:
·
Background and history of the topic
·
Current research into the topic
·
The role that the topic can play in future (general) career
aspirations of anyone. The role(s) included should not be group
member specific, but should instead include applicability to anyone who reads
the paper.
·
Citations page showing at least three resources that you have
utilized for your research up to this point (not included in the word count)
Your group must also
include at least four academic sources in the final
submission, one of which must be the textbook, and which are formatted
correctly in APA style. Both in-text citations and a reference page must be
included, but the reference page does not count in the final word count.
In addition, your group must include three unique course topics in
the analysis. This means that topics from three unique chapters must be
included.
The requirements of the
assignment are as follows:
1. The 3
sources that are required in addition to the textbook, have to be articles
obtained from academic, peer-reviewed journals only*.
Wikipedia is not a scholarly source, and should not be utilized in academic
papers. More than 4 sources are acceptable as well, and sources in addition to
the four sources can include websites.
2. The paper should be
written in APA format.
·
Headings should be used to separate topics/sections within the
paper (from the directions above, you should have at least three headings:
Background, Research, and Career Development Role).
·
The paper should be double spaced, use one inch margins, and use
Times New Roman font size 12.
·
This paper is research based and should be written in third
person.
3. A Reference page is
required.
