Read and write a one-page brief summary for each of at least three articles related to professional development in early childhood special education. Conclude each summary with a statement about how the content of the article applies to your professional development needs. Include an APA-formatted citation for each article.
Write an introduction, focusing on the importance of ongoing professional development. Reflect on what you have learned during your field experiences, from reading the articles on professional development, from previous courses, and from reviewing your state’s Department of Education’s Code of Ethics. Conclude the narrative by discussing a minimum of three examples of how you have used what you have learned in your professional development (courses, workshops, etc.) to improve your teaching and student learning. Include all citations in APA format.
