Customer Service Now! Our society has been dramatically affected by COVID 19. I want you to report on some of the great customer service stories that you can find online. Look for COVID 19 positive customer service stories. Our society is experiencing our first shelter in place, a global pandemic. There have been plenty of examples of people not behaving well but for this paper, I would like you to focus on the shining lights that are out there.
