Part II Minimum Viable Product
Create a Minimum Viable Product for your business idea. This is something you
can show a potential customer during your interviews for Part III that will help
them understand what your product or service is.
Examples include: a prototype, drawing, menu of services offered, mock
webpage, sample, brochure, etc.
My business plan which is detailed in part 1 of this assignment,(attached below), is basically a copy of air BNB. the difference is I would own a whole building of units and cater to customers who want a Cancun resort style of vacation rental without the hotel feel. this would be a place for adults only and would be aimed at individuals who are into parties, drinking pool parties etc. A all inclusive feel and atmosphere without the high cost and the hassle of traveling to Mexico.
I will attach my Part one of this assignment to give you a break down as well as the instructors power point instructions.
you can choose any form of experimental promotion you like. I think two great options would be either a very exciting commercial/trailer video to explain to prospective customers what they would get. The other idea I think would be better would be to actually give the customer the real experience. I could advertise a very discounted experience where I rent out a smaller hotel for a week and actually create that all inclusive party experience with buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day pool parties with open bar and a variety of fun/ competitive activities / challenges for the guests to take part in.
I will leave that choice up to you.
all the info for instructions will be attached below.
let me know if you need anything.
