First, one of the major issues in this module concerns the question of policy evaluation, namely, how can we tell whether a policy has been effective.
Let’s take the issue of secondary education. What do you think should be the major goal of secondary education? How should that be taught in high schools? How would you evaluate your proposed policy? What are the strengths of your particular mode of evaluation?

In this section, we spent a considerable amount of time on policy analysis, but one of the most important aspects of public policymaking is post-implementation policy evaluation.
